From Sample To Production
Before mass production begins, customers receive samples for evaluation and testing.
This stage allows product details, performance, appearance, packaging, and user experience to be reviewed.
Once the sample is approved and production requirements are confirmed, manufacturing begins according to the agreed specifications and order quantities.

Materials are verified before production begins. Components are inspected during manufacturing.
Finished products undergo assembly checks, ignition testing, gas leak testing, performance verification, and appearance inspection before shipment.
Additional testing such as salt spray resistance, heat resistance, and structural verification can also be performed depending on project requirements.

Punching

Numerical Control Turret Punch Press has 42 automatic tooling stations, we can manufacture bridge-shaped holes, embossments, reinforcing ribs, and other complex structures that laser cutting simply cannot produce, allowing you to develop grills with more distinctive designs and stronger structural performance.)
200T Hydraulic Forming
Our 200-ton hydraulic forming machine is used for large flanges, stretched holes, and one-piece formed structures. Compared with multi-piece welding, one-piece forming helps improve structural strength, reduce welding steps, and lower the risk of deformation. This is especially valuable for grill fire boxes, cabinet structures, large panels, and outdoor kitchen components.
Robotic & TIG Welding
Around 70% of welding is completed by Yaskawa and ABB robotic welding systems, while around 30% of complex or customized welding is completed by skilled TIG welders.
Polishing
The small details make a big difference. Weld marks are carefully polished by Dwarf Gril’s workers, we will polish a smooth, finished look, and panel and firebox are blended to appear almost seamless. After polishing, the welded areas are passivated to help maintain corrosion resistance and keep the grill looking good for years outdoors.
Powder Coated
Dwarf Grills supports sand texture, matte, high-gloss, and orange-peel finishes, with custom colors including black, blue, green, and yellow. Coating thickness is controlled at 60–100 μm to ensure uniform appearance and long-term outdoor protection.
Through silane pretreatment, passivation, electrostatic powder coating, manual touch-up, and curing, we help you reduce coating defects and deliver products with a more premium appearance and stronger outdoor performance.
Inspection
We foucs on no complaints for your business. That’s why every grill has gas leak testing, ignition verification, flame stability inspections, and temperature checks before shipment, allowing you to focus more on growing your business and less on solving after-sales problems.
Gas leakage is controlled at ≤1.17 ml/min under 15 Kp pressure, while SUS304 components can achieve 48 hours or more of salt spray resistance, helping you deliver products that perform more reliably in real outdoor environments.
Packaging
To help your customers receive grills in the same condition they left our factory, we use heavy-duty 5-layer K=K cartons for products below 50 kg and pallet or honeycomb board protection for products above 50 kg, reducing the risk of shipping damage and unnecessary after-sales claims.
We also support Amazon-ready packaging, private-label programs, manuals, inserts, labels, and barcode systems, allowing you to bring products to market faster with fewer packaging headaches.
